“Through the use of Friendly’s mobile platform we are now able to offer our services to a wider population of patients who can from the comfort of their home or office report their common symptoms get diagnosed and receive medication if necessary. The provider interface, which is available on desktop as well as mobile, enables our physicians to attend these cases easily and effectively. The private branded solution allows us to attract more patients and increase our existing patient loyalty.” Said Dr. Martha Rodriquez, Chief Executive Officer of MMRHealthcare.

“We are delighted to have MMRHealthcare join our list of growing customer base who are pioneering a new paradigm in telemedicine by patients reporting their symptoms through evidence based assessments to their own trusted provider and receiving care without ever visiting the doctor’s office.” said Natasha Alexeeva CEO of Friendly.

About MMRHealthcare

Our team had a humble beginning. After completing her residency at Hackensack Medical Center in New Jersey, Dr. Rodriguez moved to South Florida with her family and an incontestable dream. Since 1993, that dream has remained the same – delivering superior health care with quality of life at its core. Dr. Rodriguez stepped out in the pursuit of that dream by first recruiting a friend to manage her new private practice. They began in a bedroom calling 82 patients by phone to invite them on a journey. Those patients came, and so did many more. By the time Dr. Rodriguez and her sole teammate knew enough to be cautious, it was too late. The word was out! Just three months after doors opened, an open house was held and it was quickly discovered how hungry the community was for quality healthcare.

Over two decades later, our founding principles still remain constant.  In the quest for providing quality medical services to the community, we have built state-of-the-art facilities: a paperless medical office, VIP Educational Center, and the Walk In For Your Best Care Clinic open 7 days a week.  In addition, we are made up of an extraordinary staff, including: Dr. Carlos Vinas, M.D., Physician Assistant Robyn Polyner-Johnson, P.A., and two specialists in dermatology and podiatry: Dr. Angela Weatherall, M.D., FAAD, and Dr. Laura Newman, M.D., DPM.  Our staff and facilities are here to serve our patients proudly with accessibility and efficiency.

Dr. Rodriguez is also the Chairman of the Board of Directors of ACO(Accountable Care Organization), one of the Pioneer ACO’s that has consistently succeeded in demonstrating Shared Savings way beyond expectations, placing it in the top 5 in the nation.

MMR Healthcare is also a PCMH Level III recognized practice by NCQA. Recognition only obtained after demonstrating very high excellence in coordination of care. MMR Healthcare is one of the first in the nation to obtain this recognition at level III in a private practice.

MMR Healthcare also holds DRP and HSRP recognitions from NCQA. These recognitions are only obtained after proven demonstration of success in the Triple Aim treating Diabetes and Cardiovascular conditions.

About Friendly Health Technologies

Friendly uses evidence based guidelines as well as patient’s current symptoms, health history, allergies, medications and other relevant variables from the patient records in the EMR, to collect personalized and relevant information. The results are compiled in a report, which is reviewed by a physician or nurse in 2-3 minutes who provides personalized instructions for patient’s needs. Friendly reduces unreimbursed phone calls, reduces documentation of non-critical cases by automatically managing the encounter in EMR, and helps health care organizations attract and retain patients.
