Recognizes Medically Relevant Data and Enriches it with Medical Codes
Friendly’s model is trained to recognize medial data in APS documents, handwritten prescriptions and lab results, among others.
The full OCR extraction is then processed into a series of cards each designed to group related data around: Diagnosis, Abnormal lab results, Vitals over time, Physical exams, etc...
The extracted data is then connected to medical codes (SNOMED, ICD-10, LOINC) to make the data even more useful for underwriting workflows.
